Job summary

Medtronic Italy & Alpine region seeks a Market Development Manager to accelerate adoption of Cranial & Spinal technologies across Italy, Switzerland and Austria. You will develop growth plans, engage stakeholders, and drive commercialization of new products and enabling technologies.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Clinical Specialists, Market Access and Regulatory Affairs to translate priorities into measurable growth. Fluent English and Italian required, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, life sciences or engineering.
• At least 5 years in market development, business development, or commercial excellence in medical devices.
• Fluency in English and Italian; willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Experience with neurosurgery/cranial technologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and develop growth and commercialization plans.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare institutions, scientific societies, and academic partners.
• Lead customer education and awareness initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute market development strategies.
• Analyze market data and share best practices across Europe.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving Marketing, Sales, Clinical Specialists, Market Access, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs.
