TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader III to manage daily production challenges and drive continuous improvement across the line.

You will coordinate with cross-functional services, lead zone leaders on absenteeism and discipline, and ensure production targets are achieved while updating SAP with accurate data. The role requires 2+ years in production management, knowledge of wiring, and proficiency in French and English, with SAP and QRQC tooling familiarity.

Competenze

• Educational Degree: BAC or equivalent diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production management; knowledge of wiring.
• Fluent in French; proficient in English reading/writing; SAP knowledge; QRQC quality tools.

Mansioni

• Coordinate with different services about needed support related to execution of daily planning.
• Lead Zone Leaders actions related to absenteeism replacement and discipline issues.
• Follow up with zone leaders regarding PO sequencing and production output vs targets.
• Develop Zone Leaders autonomy and polyvalence plan between lines.
• Participate in Level 2 analysis of quality issues and in the application of new standards.
• Coordinate with HR Admin’s issues and ensure compliance with EHS instructions.
