Schneider Electric is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure reliability, efficiency, and performance of production equipment while driving continuous improvement through preventive maintenance programs.

You will develop and lead a high-performing team, manage TPM and OEE initiatives, analyze maintenance data, and collaborate across production, engineering, and quality to sustain operational excellence.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Automation, or Electrical engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership in manufacturing.
• +5 years of maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance including TPM.
• Proficient in reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Background in spare parts management and maintenance cost optimization.
• Knowledge of CMMS and maintenance planning tools.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving to drive decisions.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage the maintenance department for optimal equipment performance.
• Drive TPM program to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Monitor OEE, MTTR, MTBF and implement improvements.
• Develop maintenance staff through coaching and engagement.
• Control maintenance expenditures including spare parts.
