TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a Tooling Development Engineer (M/F/D) in Italy to lead the development of industrial termination machines for the appliance sector.

You will drive cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver robust, cost-efficient designs for high-volume manufacturing. The role requires strong mechanical/mechatronic skills, CAD proficiency (Creo/SolidWorks/Inventor), and English fluency.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation or related field.
• 3+ years in product development and engineering.
• 2+ years in industrial automation.
• Strong mechanical and mechatronic design knowledge.
• Experience with risk assessments (FMEA) and compliant designs.
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as Creo, SolidWorks, or Inventor.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Lead machine development projects through full lifecycle: concept to commissioning.
