Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes, schedules, methods and provide reports with data and statistics for management on future manufacturing requirements.
• Review and calculate labor, material and other costs and review schedules to aid decision making.
• Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement and space to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Drive process standardization and optimization.
• Benchmark between plants to identify best practices.
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with laws and regulations.
