EssilorLuxottica in Rovereto, Italy is seeking a Manufacturing Process Improvement Engineer to drive digital transformation across MES/OT and BI initiatives. You will collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and IT to deploy data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, traceability, and shop-floor performance.

The role requires a strong technical background in MES/OT, data analytics, and agile project delivery, plus fluent English and the ability to work across global operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Industrial Automation or related field.
• Knowledge of MES and OT systems; Power BI and other digital manufacturing projects.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and Industry 4.0 principles.
• Familiarity with SCADA, PLCs, data historians, and BI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; fluent in English; French or other languages a plus.

Mansioni

• Support and execute MES/OT projects across all phases from requirements to go-live.
• Collaborate with IT, system integrators and solution providers.
• Analyze shop floor data and develop BI dashboards and KPIs.
• Provide day-to-day support for MES/OT solutions and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with BPI Centers of Excellence to share knowledge.
