Adler Pelzer Group in Desio, Italy, invites engineering graduates to join a structured Early Career Program in production, engineering and operations management.

You begin as a Production Team Leader, learning to lead teams, coordinate shopfloor activities, and drive safety, quality and performance KPIs while collaborating with maintenance, quality, logistics and engineering.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Automotive, or similar).
• Some experience (internship, first job) in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Passion and adaptability.
• English and Italian proficiency.
• Mobility within Italy or EU in future advantageous.

Production Team Leader – Early Career Program

Location: Desio (MB)
At Adler Pelzer Group, we believe that the best leaders in operations are developed through real experience on the shopfloor.

We are looking for engineering graduates with ambition, curiosity and hands‑on approach who wish to start building their career in production, engineering and operations management.

The primary objective of the role is to develop you as a future leader or expert through a tailored career program consisting of three different roles each lasting 18-24 months.

Production Team Leader – Engineering Specialist – Operations (Deputy) Leader.

Your first step: Team Leader

• You will work directly in production as a Team Leader and will learn how to:
• Lead and support production teams
• Coordinate daily shopfloor activities
• Ensure safety and quality standards
• Monitor production performance and KPIs
• Solve day‑to‑day operational issues
• Cooperate with maintenance, quality, logistics, and engineering teams

This phase is designed to build a strong operational foundation and practical leadership experience. The full Program including the succession plan will be introduced to you upon submitting your application.
