Siemens Energy Transformers in Trento seeks a proactive professional to support daily production activities, drive performance, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, track KPIs, and help implement corrective actions to sustain operational flow.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree with 2–5 years of manufacturing experience, possess strong problem-solving skills, and communicate fluently in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical.
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Strong understanding of production processes with analytical/problem-solving mindset.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Support daily production activities, monitor performance and escalate issues to maintain flow.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality teams.
• Track KPIs, prepare reports, and assist in corrective actions as needed.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support short-term planning by aligning capacity, materials and schedules.
• Provide data and coordination support to Manufacturing leadership.
