Job summary

Vishay Italy is seeking an Operations Continuous Improvement Manager to support the Borgaro Torinese site. You will drive productivity, OEE, and cost improvements across manufacturing lines and the facility organization, while guiding digitalization and automation initiatives.

The role demands strong leadership in high-volume production, deep CI methodology knowledge, and collaboration with global stakeholders. On-site presence in Borgaro Torinese is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience leading production teams in high-volume environments.
• Fluent in English; Italian preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Manufacturing Operations to ensure safe, efficient daily production.
• Drive performance: productivity, OEE, throughput, cycle time, yield, and waste reduction.
• Define and deploy the site manufacturing continuous improvement roadmap with measurable targets.
• Lead CI projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, value stream mapping, and root-cause analysis.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, EHS, IT, Automation to remove bottlenecks and standardize practices.
• Promote automation and digitalization, including dashboards, data-driven monitoring, and smart factory initiatives.
• Coach managers, engineers, supervisors, technicians, and operators in CI tools and report progress to leadership.
