Job summary
Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking an Assistant Manufacturing Manager to drive daily production performance at our Caivano site. You will lead shopfloor teams, monitor KPIs, and partner with Planning, Engineering, Maintenance and Quality to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
We value hands-on leadership, data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Italian and English fluency is required and a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Continuous Improvement or Supply Chain.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Support the Manufacturing Manager in daily production plan execution.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze losses and waste, and drive improvement actions.
- Lead shopfloor problem-solving with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and Safety.
- Utilize data and digital tools to support informed decisions.
