Fabrick is seeking an IT Manager for a manufacturing environment to oversee critical IT systems and drive digital transformation. The role combines hands-on IT operations with strategic development, ensuring business continuity across enterprise applications and infrastructure, and supporting Industry 4.0 initiatives.

The successful candidate will collaborate with production, management, and external technology partners, with strong leadership and English communication skills.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven ERP, MES, WMS and IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Ensure operational continuity of corporate IT systems to minimize production disruption.
• Manage enterprise application environment including ERP, MES and WMS.
• Coordinate IT suppliers and partners with clear SLAs and governance.
• Collaborate with production teams to support Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
• Lead digital transformation projects and architecture evolution.
