Sotalent is seeking an IT Manager for a manufacturing setting in Lombardy to oversee critical IT systems, ERP, MES, and WMS, and to drive digital transformation aligned with Industry 4.0.

You will lead operations, coordinate with production teams and external partners, ensure business continuity, and translate complex requirements into effective technology solutions across global teams.

This on-site role offers a €65,000+ gross salary, MBO, meal vouchers, and supplementary health insurance.

Competenze

• 5 years of experience managing corporate IT in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) and MES/WMS.
• Strong English communication and leadership.
• Experience with Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Mansioni

• Ensure operational continuity of corporate IT systems and minimize production disruption.
• Manage enterprise application environment including ERP, MES and WMS.
• Ensure integration and performance across business-critical systems.
• Coordinate external IT suppliers and partners, monitor SLAs.
• Collaborate with production teams to support industrial processes and integrations.
• Oversee IT infrastructure including servers, networking, backups, and continuity.
• Provide hands‑on technical support during critical incidents.
• Define strategies for evolution and optimization of information systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Act as IT reference for management and business functions.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and international partners in English.
• Participate in digital transformation and technology innovation projects.
• Contribute to architecture evolution within a manufacturing environment.
