Rotork plc is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer at its Porcari, Italy facility. You will design, implement, and document shop floor manufacturing processes, applying engineering best practices, and participate in audits while supporting production activities for efficiency improvements.

The role requires Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience, strong communication and teamwork, and proficiency with CAD (Solid Edge) and VBA. English fluency is essential.

Formación

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work independently.
• Experience in an engineering manufacturing environment with electromechanical products.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid knowledge of CAD software; VBA programming experience is a plus.
• Fluent English; good overall command of English (B1–B2).
