Job summary

Rotork plc in Porcari, Italy is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement, and document shop floor manufacturing processes to support a period of transformation and efficiency improvements across the factory.

You will report to the Production Manager and participate in audits, provide technical support, and help propose new processes and equipment to improve manufacturing efficiency. Strong teamwork, independence, analytical mindset and keen attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience using CAD software (Solid Edge).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
• Experience working in an engineering manufacturing environment involving electromechanical products.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) programming.
• Good command of the English language (B1–B2 level).
• Fluent English
