Job summary

Rotork Plc in Porcari, Italy, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join the production team and drive significant efficiency improvements during a period of transformation.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will design, implement and document shop floor manufacturing processes, participate in audits, provide technical support and propose new equipment and methods to boost performance, while collaborating effectively in a team and independently when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience using CAD software (Solid Edge).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience in an engineering manufacturing environment with electromechanical products.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications).
• Good command of English (B1–B2).
• Fluent English.

• Design, implement and document shop floor manufacturing processes.
• Participate in audits and provide technical support.
• Analyze problems and propose new processes and equipment when beneficial.
• Work in a proactive, detail‑oriented team, with the ability to work independently.
