Job summary

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will participate in audits, resolve problems, and propose new equipment and methods. The role requires teamwork, independence, strong analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD software (Solid Edge) and electromechanical products.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
• Experience in engineering/manufacturing environments.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) programming.
• Good command of the English language (B1–B2 level).
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and document shop floor manufacturing processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of production activities.
• Participate in audits and provide technical support.
• Be involved in problem analysis and resolution, proposing new processes and equipment.
• Propose new processes and equipment whenever appropriate and beneficial.
• Work effectively in a team and independently.
