Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience using CAD software in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
• Experience working in an engineering manufacturing environment involving electromechanical products.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of VBA programming.
• Good command of English (B1–B2 level) and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and document shop floor manufacturing processes.
• Participate in audits and provide technical support.
• Be involved in problem analysis and resolution, proposing new processes and equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement across the factory during a period of transformation.
