Dainese in Vicenza is seeking a Group Controlling professional to support plant controlling, costing and logistics cost controlling across the group. You will monitor manufacturing performance, analyze costs and participate in monthly closings.

The role requires a degree in Economics, 3–5 years in textiles, strong Excel and English, and a hands-on, team-oriented approach. Final salary will reflect experience within the CCNL Textile sector.

• Degree in Economics.
• 3–5 years of experience, preferably in textile and clothing.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Hands-on attitude and teamwork.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Plant Controlling Support.
• Monitor manufacturing performance and analyze costs across plants.
• Analyze direct, indirect labor and overhead costs, identifying variances.
• Track KPIs such as efficiency, capacity utilization and costs.
• Costing and product cost analysis; monitor standard costs.
• Support costing of new products and collections.
• Logistics Cost Controlling: analyze inbound/outbound/warehouse costs.
• Closings and reporting: assist monthly, quarterly and annual closures; prepare budgets and forecasts; ensure data quality.
