Job summary

Dainese in Vicenza is seeking a Group Controlling professional to support plant controlling, costing and logistics cost controlling across the group. You will monitor manufacturing performance, analyze costs and participate in monthly closings.

The Candidate will be part of the Group Controlling team, based in Vicenza, and will report directly to the Senior Industrial Controller.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Plant Controlling Support
• Support the monitoring and analysis of manufacturing performance across the Group's plants;
• Analyze direct labor, indirect labor and manufacturing overhead costs, identifying variances and areas for improvement;
• Monitor operational KPIs, including efficiency, capacity utilization and manufacturing costs.

• Costing and product cost analysis
• Define, maintain and monitor standard costs for finished goods and raw materials;
• Analyze variances between standard and actual costs;
• Support the costing of new products and new collections.

• Logistics Cost Controlling

• Monitor and analyze inbound, outbound and warehousing costs across the Group;
• Support the evaluation of logistics performance through the analysis of operational and financial KPIs, including transportation, warehouse and handling costs, trucks/containers utilization.

• Closings and reporting
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities;
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and business cases relating to areas of responsibility;
• Ensure the quality and reliability of data in the ERP and Business Intelligence systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics
• Min 3/5 years of experience, preferably in the textile and clothing business
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Hands-on attitude and strong team player skills
• Enthusiasm and initiative
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis and financial modelling. MS Dynamics AX is a plus
• Fluency in English.

SALARY RANGE

5th–6th level under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Textile, Clothing, Fashion Industry.

Gross Annual Salary Range: € 32.000–€ 37.000.

The final salary package will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience and the alignment of their skills and competencies with the responsibilities and requirements of the role.
