Job summary

Dolce & Gabbana S.r.l. in Italy is seeking a Planning & Control Manager to lead industrial controlling, budgeting, forecasting and financial closing for the industrial perimeter, reporting to the Group Planning & Control Director.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Economics/Finance, strong cost accounting knowledge and English fluency, with experience in fashion or manufacturing and people management. Permanent, full-time position based in Italy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Economics, Finance, or MBA related field.
• Significant experience in Industrial Controlling within Fashion, Luxury or Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, product costing, inventory accounting and management control.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis; people management.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate industrial controlling, monitor production costs and product profitability.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and period financial closing for the Industrial perimeter.
• Monitor variances between actual results and budget/forecast figures; identify drivers and actions.
• Oversee logistics cost controlling (warehousing, transportation and distribution costs).
• Support management reporting, consolidated closing and ad hoc analyses.
• Collaborate with Industrial, Logistics and Finance teams to drive performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and support audit activities.
