Nidec Global Appliance is seeking a cost and controlling professional to manage monthly financial closing, variances analysis, and cost control across manufacturing operations in Lombardy. The role collaborates with Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, and Sales to ensure accurate GL reconciliations and inventory management.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in industrial controlling, strong Excel/SAP skills, and fluent English, with willingness to travel domestically within Italy.

Competenze

• Experience in cost accounting and/or industrial controlling in a manufacturing setting.
• Advanced use of Excel, Google Suite and SAP modules.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial controlling in a manufacturing plant.
• Proficient in English.
• Willing to travel domestically.

Mansioni

• Monthly closing;
• Variances analysis with respect to standard costs of materials and direct labor;
• Cost analysis and monthly reconciliation with General Ledger;
• Monthly inventory control and periodic physical counts;
• Fixed assets inventory management;
• Define SOPs aligned with corporate requirements and deadlines;
• Interaction with Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, Sales;
• Coordinate with Global Shared Services and Business Platform Controllers.
