Job summary

Wyser srl ricerca un Senior Controller per potenziare il team Finance nell’area di Vicenza. Il candidato coordinerà cost accounting, budgeting e reportistica, interfacciandosi con produzione, supply chain e R&D per ottimizzare costi e attendibilità dei reporting gestionali.

Si richiede esperienza in contabilità dei costi, controllo di gestione, Excel avanzato e Power BI, nonché familiarità con ERP e inglese fluente. Località: Vicenza, contratto a tempo indeterminato, retribuzione competitiva.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Cost Accounting / Budgeting / Controlling / Finance within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong command of Power BI.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor annual cost targets and KPIs for R&D, supply chain and manufacturing.
• Perform monthly variance analysis, including losses and allocation/absorption rates.
• Track financial and operational indicators and provide actionable insights to the business.
• Support the plant's annual budget and cost assumptions.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and monitor budget execution versus actuals.
• Participate in stock audits and inventory verification activities.
• Analyse obsolete/slow-moving materials and related financial impact.
• Monitor the lifecycle of assets and molds and assess implications on costs.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and support month-end close and financial statement preparation.
• Ensure consistency between warehouse accounts and physical inventory.
• Develop, update and maintain Power BI dashboards; manage data processing and analysis to support decision-making.
• Take part in cost/expense review meetings and contribute to identifying optimization opportunities.

Our Client is an international industrial group, recognized for its structured finance governance and a strong focus on data accuracy, operational performance, and decision-making support.

To strengthen the Finance team, we have been retained to recruit a:

Senior Controller

The role sits within Finance and works closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and R&D, with a direct impact on cost control, budgeting discipline and the reliability of management reporting. The successful candidate will partner with key internal stakeholders across the plant/operations organization and, when required, interact with external counterparts involved in stock audits and verification activities.

Key responsibilities:

Offer: permanent position within a structured international environment, with a total compensation package between 55.000€ and 60.000€
