Job summary

TikTok LIVE is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Campaign Operations Intern for a 2027 start. This internship involves supporting livestream creator campaigns, data analysis, and campaign configuration within internal systems.

You will work with the LIVE Operations team to monitor performance, prepare reports, and engage with creators. Fluent Italian and Mandarin required, with a minimum 6-month commitment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or data related discipline.
• Familiar with platforms such as TikTok and other short-form or livestream ecosystems.
• Fluency in Italian and Mandarin as working languages, with strong oral and written communication in both to support creator communications and cross-functional collaboration with global markets.
• Availability to commit to a minimum 6-month internship period.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of livestream creator campaigns.
• Conduct user and performance data analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in campaign concept ideation and creative mechanism design.
• Configure campaigns within internal systems and manage campaign setup.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce structured reports.
• Maintain regular communication with key creators and support community engagement strategies.
• Identify high-potential creators through performance signals and market observation.
