Responsibilities

TikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. The Electronics team at TikTok Shop partners with brands, helping them grow and succeed through tailored business development, data-driven strategy, and creator-led marketing. Our team brings together expertise in brand management, e-commerce, and social commerce within a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Data Analysis & Performance Tracking

As a project intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our strategic initiatives and category growth efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth data analysis to generate actionable insights for operations growth.
• Monitoring and evaluating key initiatives, including seller missions, live shopping sessions, and advertising revenue, to support merchant success and overall platform objectives.

Affiliate And Creator Engagement

• Managing affiliate projects to support creator events, campaign execution, and product matchmaking with selected creators.
• Assisting in the design and execution of affiliate campaigns to drive engagement and sales.

Category & Product Development

• Collaborating with the AM Team to identify emerging hero products and drive them toward viral success.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in 2026 or a related technical discipline
• Able to commit to working for minimum 3 months, ideally 6 months.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• A fast learner with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly to change, and set priorities, multitask, and work independently.
• A proactive and resourceful mindset, with a strong sense of accountability.
