Intermedia Selection is seeking a Managing Director to oversee its CQV business within Life Sciences consulting. The role focuses on P&L ownership, strategic growth, and high-level client engagement across pharma, biotech, and cosmetics industries.

The candidate will guide service evolution, coordinate with technical teams, and represent the firm at major industry bodies (AFI, ISPE, PDA). Advanced English and a proven leadership track in pharma consulting are essential.

Competenze

Master’s degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
10+ years in pharmaceutical sector with 3–5 years in a managerial role in a consulting firm or life sciences unit.
Proven P&L management experience.
Advanced English (C1).
Strong leadership and diverse team management.

Mansioni

Full P&L responsibility for the CQV business.
Implement the Business Development Plan, including organizational development.
Direct reporting to the Group BU Head and collaboration with CFO/Controller.
Guidance of service evolution and expansion with KPIs.
Contribution to sales, marketing and business development, with client relationship management.
Representation of the company at AFI, ISPE, and PDA; support for publications.
