IQVIA is seeking a VP & Managing Director to lead Clinical Strategic Operations for a mid‑sized pharma partnership. You will align clinical development strategy with client goals and orchestrate global IQVIA capabilities to drive growth.

The role demands deep expertise in clinical development, senior stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering value across complex matrix teams while maintaining high standards of delivery and client satisfaction.

Competenze

Deep expertise in Clinical Development and Clinical Operations.
Understanding of Pharma/Biotech business models and challenges.
15/20 years’ experience in pharma, biotech, CRO or related fields.
Proven track record in senior client management and influencing C‑suite stakeholders.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and critical‑thinking skills.
Strong matrix leadership across global teams.
Solid financial analysis capabilities and strategic decision‑making.

Serve as the senior operational liaison between IQVIA and the customer’s clinical development organization.
Lead the Preferred Provider Partnership, shaping strategic resourcing models and identifying opportunities to expand collaboration.
Mobilize global IQVIA functions to address evolving client needs.
Drive year‑on‑year growth, enhance client satisfaction, and expand market share.
Chair governance committees and oversee all operational escalations.
