CYBEX, located in Turbigo, Italy, is seeking a talented individual to develop and execute PR and influencer strategies. The role involves building relationships with the media and strategic partners in fashion and lifestyle while managing influencer collaborations and monitoring campaign performance.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Communications or a related field, alongside professional experience in luxury lifestyle brands and excellent organizational skills. Business-fluent English is required, and knowledge of German is a plus.

Your seat to fill:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive PR, influencer, and VIP strategy aligned with the brand positioning and overall business objectives
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with media, agencies, talents, and strategic partners, with a focus on the fashion, lifestyle, design, art, and music sectors
• Identify, manage, and oversee VIPs, opinion leaders, tastemakers, and talents aligned with the brand identity, including negotiations, contract management, briefings, deliverables, timelines, and budget responsibility
• Lead seeding and gifting strategies, as well as social and PR amplification initiatives and paid influencer campaigns
• Collaborate closely with the Events team in planning and executing global PR events and guest lists, including VIP management, hospitality, and support for local community activations
• Develop and coordinate strategic initiatives to grow local communities in key cities, closely connected to cultural calendars and with a strong focus on flagship locations
• Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships for product placements, social amplification, and events
• Serve as the central point of contact for local teams and PR agencies worldwide, including the management and approval of global and local influencer activities, as well as the definition and implementation of KPIs and performance objectives
• Develop and manage global toolkits, materials, and guidelines to support international teams
• Monitor, analyze, and report on media coverage, campaign performance, and ROI

• Successfully completed degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Fashion Management, Media Studies, or a comparable field
• Professional experience within luxury lifestyle, design, or interior brands
• Strong experience in PR, influencer marketing, or brand communications
• Excellent international network of media contacts, key opinion leaders, agencies, and influencers
• Proven success in managing influencer partnerships, VIP activations, and talent collaborations
• Confident handling of influencer platforms as well as analytics and reporting tools
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and current digital trends
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and confident personality with a strong understanding of premium brand positioning and outstanding communication skills
• Business-fluent English skills; German language skills are considered a plus
