The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians, manage improvement activities, and ensure compliance with operational standards. This position provides an opportunity to influence team dynamics and drive process enhancements.

Competenze

• Relevant technical experience, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
• Full supervisory responsibility for a team.
• Ability to manage projects successfully.
• Proven experience in facility management and energy management.
• Solid understanding of maintenance integration.
• Ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Collaboration with Engineering and Area Supervisors.
• Knowledge of ATEX regulations is a strong advantage.
