Job summary

The Manitowoc Company is seeking a Maintenance Manager to be based at the Italian plant in Niella Tanaro (CN). You will oversee constant and periodic maintenance of buildings and equipment, drive TPM, and coordinate internal and external maintenance activities across the site.

Strong leadership and English proficiency are required, French is a plus. Ideal candidates hold a degree in electrical engineering or industrial maintenance with extensive experience in maintenance and new works, and

• Professional degree in electrical engineering or industrial maintenance.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment.
• Ability to prepare specifications and negotiate a service contract.
• People management and project management skills.
• Strong planning, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to solve unexpected and complex operational problems.
• Analytical skills.
• Teamwork.
• Good English; French preferable.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the constant and periodic maintenance of all industrial buildings and equipment through a defined maintenance plan.
• Directly manage ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and construction on new buildings, machinery, installations.
• Manage plant general services coordinating internal maintenance, cleaning, and external providers.
• Implement and coordinate TPM.
• Ensure high level of OEE for all industrial machinery through TPM implementation.
• Define contracts with suppliers of machines and maintain a proper level of spare parts for machines.
