Belmond Uk Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Manager for the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express to lead maintenance planning and execution of carriages and related equipment. You will ensure safe, reliable rolling stock operations and manage a team under the Engineering Manager.

The role requires implementing preventive/corrective maintenance, coordinating with operations and on-board staff, and maintaining ECM compliance and budgets.

Competenze

• Maintenance planning and strategy development to ensure reliable operation of carriages.
• Oversight of rolling stock inspections and maintenance needs assessment.
• Implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Monitoring maintenance plans with ECM 2019/779 compliance.
• Safe, efficient execution of tasks with quality and ECM standards.
• Budget management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
