Job summary

Rocco Forte Hotels is seeking a Villas & Residences Manager to lead the Villas business, ensuring outstanding Owner/Guest experiences. This role requires a highly operational presence across Villas, Reception and key service touchpoints, actively supporting arrivals, departures and service recovery.

The role emphasizes staffing, standards, productivity and close collaboration with Engineering, Front Office, and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership and rostering skills.
• Sound understanding of Housekeeping, Front Office and F&B operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main operational point of contact for villa Owners and Guests, building trusted relationships.
• Oversee the entire villa experience from pre-arrival to departure and follow-up.
• Maintain a visible presence during arrivals/departures and manage complex requests and service recovery.
• Lead and develop Villas Housekeeping, Personal Assistants and Villas Reception teams.
