Job summary

Rocco Forte Hotels is seeking a Marketing Manager to support an integrated marketing approach for Villa Igiea in Sicily. You will execute critical activities across collateral, advertising, digital, CRM and promotions to enhance brand loyalty and revenue.

The role requires a degree in Marketing or related field and at least 3 years in a marketing leadership position, with strong Italian and English communication. A dynamic, service-oriented mindset and proficiency in CRM tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Marketing managerial role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; adapt to stakeholders.
• CRM, digital and social media marketing know-how; Adobe Campaign Classic a plus.
• Commercial awareness and a service-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Marketing Italy with all marketing initiatives dedicated to Villa Igiea.
• Create marketing collaterals in collaboration with the Regional Marketing team.
• Assist in creating marketing packages and updating website content.
• Manage CRM campaigns and data acquisition campaigns.
