Rocco Forte Hotels seeks a Director of Sales for Verdura Resort in Sicily to drive revenue through strategic account management, new business development and strong leadership of the sales team. You will align with Revenue, Marketing and Operations to maximize performance and profitability across luxury markets.

Fluent English and Italian are required, with willingness to travel internationally. You will oversee the Golf segment and collaborate with Groups & Events to meet targets and represent

• Define and execute Verdura Resort's sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Lead, mentor and develop the sales team while partnering with Revenue, Marketing and Operations.
• Oversee the Golf segment and coordinate with Groups & Events to hit targets.
• Represent the resort at international trade shows, workshops and client events.
