Job summary

VIT 4 Travel is seeking an experienced Travel Designer to join our Parma team. The role involves turning advisor briefs into tailored itineraries, building end-to-end trips with hotels, experiences, transfers, guides, and preparing quotes and documents for luxury clients.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a DMC/tour operator, fluent English, and a background in tourism or hospitality. Italian work eligibility and Parma residence are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a DMC, tour operator, or travel agency in luxury travel.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Degree in tourism, hospitality, languages or related field.
• Strong client focus and a practical approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work in a team and stay calm under pressure.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Eligibility to work in Italy, and residence in or willingness to relocate to the Parma area.

Responsibilities

• Understand each advisor’s brief and their clients’ expectations, and turn them into the right itinerary and services.
• Build each trip end to end: hotels, experiences, transfers, guides and every detail in between.
• Prepare quotes and travel documents.
• Follow clients while they travel and solve problems quickly when they come up.
