Four Corners, on behalf of a Design Company, is seeking an International Sales Director to lead and expand the business internationally, focusing on the Hospitality/Contract channels and B2B distribution.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on commercial leader with 10+ years of sales experience, proven senior leadership, and a track record in ceramics, wallcoverings, or high-end furniture; English fluency is required. Location Emilia Romagna, Italy; salary 80,000–90,000 EUR per year.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of sales experience in senior leadership roles.
• Experience leading sales networks and in-house sales offices.
• Background in ceramics, wallcoverings or high-end furniture/design sectors.
• Experience managing B2B distribution through dealers and agents.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to company strategy, budget and commercial policy with the Managing Director.
• Own the commercial turnaround plan and its execution.
• Lead the sales function, integrating in-house and external networks with shared procedures.
• Set objectives for the sales team, review performance and develop people.
• Deliver revenue, margin and customer targets agreed with the Managing Director.
• Manage a highly fragmented B2B customer portfolio, focusing on retention and new acquisition.
• Develop and monitor the network of agents and dealers in Italy and abroad.
• Identify new markets and channels, expanding Hospitality/Contract business.
• Prepare sales budgets and forecasts, monitor KPIs and report monthly using CRM data.
• Collaborate with Style Office, Marketing, Operations, Production, Logistics and Administration.
