Bulgari Hotels & Resorts in Milano is seeking a Butler Intern to assist suite guests before and throughout their stay, acting as the sole point of contact for guests and coordinating with different departments to ensure a flawless experience.

The role involves pre-arrival contact, room readiness checks, in-room dining support, daily amenities oversight, and help with packing/unpacking and concierge requests. Strong presentation and guest-service mindset are essential.

• Provide immediate assistance to suite guests as the sole interlocutor.
• Contact guests before arrival to arrange reservations, transportation, preferences and needs.
• Coordinate with other departments to prepare arrivals and room readiness.
• Check room status and amenities before guest arrival.
• Identify maintenance issues and coordinate with maintenance team.
• Greet guests, perform check-in, and assist with settling into the suite.
• Assist guests throughout the stay and with unpacking/packing services.
• Handle in-room dining orders and delivery.
• Oversee daily amenities refresh with F&B team.
• Supervise suite cleaning and replacement of amenities.
• Assist with laundry collection and delivery in collaboration with housekeeping.
• Provide shoe shine and supervise night turndown.
• Assist with bookings with reservations/front office and concierge requests.
• Assist spa and gym appointments with spa team.
• Safeguard guests' belongings and assist at checkout.
• Escort guests from suite to exit and ensure satisfaction.
• Inspect rooms post-departure and manage lost-and-found items.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, hours, menus, room types, rates and promotions.
• Report guest problems and follow up on resolutions.
• Record guest preferences in systems.
• Monitor equipment cleanliness and safety; follow security protocols.
