Job summary

Bulgari Hotels & Resorts in Milan seeks a Butler Intern to act as the main assistant to Suite guests before and during their stay. You will respond to all guest requests, coordinate across departments, and ensure a flawless welcome, including unpacking, in-room dining, laundry, and amenities.

You will also assist with city arrangements, guest preferences, and post-checkout follow-up, while upholding strict confidentiality and exceptional service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate assistance to all Suite guests as the primary point of contact.
• Coordinate arrivals by communicating with Reservations, Services, Transport, and Preferences.
• Collaborate with departments to prepare for arrivals.
• Check room status and amenities prior to guest arrival.
• Identify maintenance issues and coordinate fixes with the maintenance team.
• Greet guests, assist with check-in, and help settle into the Suite.
• Support guests throughout their stay and during unpacking/packing services.
• Manage in-room dining orders and delivery; coordinate with F&B.
• Oversee daily amenities checks and housekeeping service refreshes.
• Assist with laundry collection and delivery in collaboration with Housekeeping and Laundry.
• Support guest activities including concierge requests, gym/spa bookings, and city tours.
• Record guest preferences for future stays and ensure privacy and security of information.
• Ensure a smooth checkout and escort guests to the exit, verifying the bill with Front Office.
