Golden Goose in Padua is seeking a passionate Sales Assistant (Style Maker) to welcome clients and craft personalized looks that reflect the brand's heritage and values.

You will lead in-store service, share product insights, suggest add-ons, and support omnichannel experiences while maintaining visual standards and brand image.

The role is part-time (20 hours per week) with opportunities to grow in a luxury retail environment, requiring fluency in Italian and English and 1–3 years of experience.

• Fluency in Italian and English.
• 1–3 years of relevant luxury retail experience.
• Strong selling techniques and customer focus.
• Ability to adapt to evolving business and customer needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Assist customers in expressing their personality and crafting personalized looks.
• Provide product insights, upsell and cross-sell items to meet store objectives.
• Foster omnichannel engagement and maintain regular communication with customers.
• Contribute to store presentation and uphold brand visual standards.
• Assist with store operations, including opening/closing, inventory management, and GDPR/health & safety compliance.
• Utilize IT and digital tools (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth) to enhance engagement.
