The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, leveraging omnichannel tools, and building enduring relationships, while maintaining store presentation and brand standards. Fluency in Italian and English is required; 1–3 years in luxury retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in expressing their personality through dream looks and deliver exceptional service.
• Provide product insights and upsell/cross-sell to meet store objectives.
• Build lasting client relationships using omnichannel communications and personalized offers.
• Support store presentation and ensure brand standards in visuals.
• Handle store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and GDPR/health & safety compliance.
• Use digital tools (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth) to boost engagement.
