Four Seasons San Domenico Palace in Taormina seeks an experienced Spa Manager to lead daily operations of the Spa, Wellness and Fitness facilities, drive revenue, and develop a high-caliber team. The role emphasizes exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence and adherence to luxury standards.

The ideal candidate will have leadership in a luxury spa or hospitality setting, strong financial acumen, and fluency in English and Italian.

• Leadership experience in luxury Spa, Wellness, or Hospitality environments.
• Strong operational and financial acumen with budgets and revenue.
• Passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Monitor and drive spa revenue through treatments, retail, and memberships.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of Spa, Wellness and Fitness areas.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Spa team for engagement and professionalism.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor productivity to meet objectives.
