SAN SONNEA is seeking a service-driven Sales Manager to lead the Sales & Reservations team in a luxury hospitality setting. You will drive upselling of rooms, suites, and tailored holiday experiences, while providing personal consultations to discerning international guests.

You will analyze sales performance, coordinate across Back Office, Front Office, and General Management, and onboard new team members, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• Completed vocational training in hospitality or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in Sales, Reservations or Front Office, ideally within upscale or luxury hospitality.
• Initial leadership experience or experience coordinating a team.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Italian and German.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and ideally experience with hotel management and reservation systems.

Mansioni

• Lead, organise and coordinate the Sales & Reservations team, including structured task allocation within the Back Office
• Actively sell rooms and suites with upselling of services and tailored experiences
• Provide personal and telephone consultation to guests and create tailored offers and booking confirmations
• Analyse sales and reservation indicators and develop measures to optimise sales and occupancy
• Monitor and manage incoming reservations across direct and electronic channels
• Ensure professional handling of bookings, amendments and guest requests
• Manage and optimise content and templates within the correspondence management system
• Ensure smooth communication between Sales & Reservations, Front Office and General Management
• Onboard and develop new team members and implement structured training
• Develop quality and service standards within Sales & Reservations
