Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience in our EU store. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and participate in omni‑channel selling to drive brand loyalty.

You will build strong client relationships through styling expertise, utilize mobile POS and social platforms, and contribute to a collaborative team environment while adapting to a high‑traffic retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer skills.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and manage multiple customers.
