The role blends luxury service, clienteling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Candidates should have strong English skills and be able to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.
Competenze
- 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
- Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
- Strong English proficiency.
- EU requirement: strong English language proficiency.
Mansioni
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador with style and service standards.
- Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
- Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
- Handle transactions and daily store operations using POS.
- Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
- Support inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
