The Director of Sales – Verdura Resort will lead the sales strategy for the property, driving revenue growth through key account management, strategic partnerships, and long-term market positioning. Working with the General Manager and Area Director of Sales, you will develop the sales team while aligning with Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations to maximize performance.

• Senior experience leading sales teams in luxury hospitality.
• Deep knowledge of luxury travel trade and North American market.
• Proven ability to develop and manage key accounts and partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute Verdura Resort's sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Lead and develop the sales team with alignment to Revenue, Marketing and Operations.
• Manage key accounts, corporate groups, luxury consortia and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with GMs, Area Director of Sales and other departments to maximize performance.
• Represent Verdura Resort at international trade shows, roadshows and client events.
• Oversee Golf segment and Golf Sales Manager; drive golf-related revenue opportunities.
• Forecast, budget and contribute to Sales & Marketing planning.
