Job summary

Rocco Forte Hotels is seeking a Director of Sales for Verdura Resort in Sicily to lead the sales strategy and drive revenue growth across luxury leisure and corporate segments. You will collaborate with the General Manager, Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations to maximize profitability and brand presence.

Leading a high-performing sales team, you will oversee the Golf segment and work with Groups & Events to grow enquiries and conversions, while representing Verdura Resort at

Qualifications

• Proven senior sales leadership in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of luxury travel markets and international luxury trade.
• Demonstrated experience in key account management and new business development.
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Verdura Resort sales strategy to drive revenue.
• Lead and develop the sales team with cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage key accounts, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
• Oversee Golf segment and Golf Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with Groups & Events Sales to drive enquiries and conversions.
• Represent Verdura Resort at international trade shows and events.
