Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle for F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, Engineering and operating supplies.
• Source, select and negotiate with suppliers for quality and value.
• Build relationships with local artisans, premium producers and international vendors.
• Oversee receiving, storeroom and inventory control, including monthly stock counts.
• Monitor costs with the F&B Director and Executive Chef.
• Ensure purchasing procedures, internal controls and brand standards.
• Run market analysis, price benchmarking and supplier performance reviews.
• Support sustainability goals through responsible sourcing and waste reduction.
