Job summary

Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi seeks a Director of Finance to lead all finance functions and shape the financial strategy for a five-star property. You will partner with General Manager and Corporate Team to drive revenue, optimize margins and govern controls.

The role requires 5+ years in luxury hospitality finance, a Finance/Economics/Accounting degree, fluency in Italian and English, and hands-on experience with USALI, Opera PMS and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior finance role in luxury hospitality (Director of Finance or Assistant DoF in a five-star or upscale property)
• Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
• Strong command of USALI, hotel P&L management
• Hands-on experience with Opera PMS and advanced Excel
• Strategic thinking, sharp analytical skills and real business sense
• Leadership presence and the ability to explain numbers to non-finance colleagues
• Fluent Italian & English

Responsibilities

• Lead all finance functions: accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, payroll and tax compliance
• Prepare and present monthly P&L reports, annual budgets and long-range forecasts to ownership and management
• Partner with Rooms, F&B, Spa and Sales to drive revenue, protect margins and improve GOP
• Make sure internal controls, audits and statutory reporting meet local regulations and brand standards
• Oversee purchasing, receiving and inventory processes
• Develop a high-performing finance team
• Support capex planning, investment evaluations and owner relations
