Job summary

Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan, part of Marriott International, seeks a Property Compliance & Technical Admin to support Engineering and Safety & Security. You will ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements while coordinating with leadership.

You will assist with procurement, inspections, and system maintenance, contributing to safe operations and efficient processes in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative, facilities, engineering, or safety & security support role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Experience in the hospitality industry and knowledge of Marriott systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Security: Manage the Master Key System, issuing, tracking, and accountability of keys per procedures.
• Assist review and update of emergency procedures with Engineering Director, Health & Safety Manager, and HR, incl. training planning.
• Manage Marriott security systems (MIRA and VAULT) and conduct periodic audits.
• Oversee hotel security systems, CCTV and fire detection, ensuring proper operation and maintenance.
• Supervise external security team activities: Key Management, Lost & Found, Safe Deposit Boxes, First Aid Kits, Emergency Exits.
• Engineering: Procurement & Purchasing for Engineering, issue PO's, coordinate with Finance and suppliers.
• Audit records of inspections and regulatory deadlines (Fire Safety Register, Legionella, Pool, equipment maintenance).
• Support Marriott Engineering systems (TRANSCENDENT and MESH).
• Coordinate CSR and Environmental initiatives (Green Key, Serve 360).
