Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina, is preparing its pastry kitchen for the resort's upcoming opening. Based in Cortina d'Ampezzo, the Pastry Commis Chef will support pre-opening and daily pastry production under our senior pastry team.

You will learn professional techniques, follow Mandarin Oriental culinary standards, and contribute to high-quality desserts and pastries in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Competenze

• Basic pastry preparation knowledge and techniques.
• Fluent or good English communication; Italian is a plus.

Mansioni

• Assist in setting up pastry workstations before opening.
• Support recipe preparation, menu testing and operational trials.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures.
• Prepare desserts, pastries and mise en place as instructed by senior pastry staff.
• Maintain clean, organized and hygienic pastry work areas.
