Job summary

Rosewood Rome is seeking a Night Manager to oversee the Night Front Office and Bellman teams, ensuring seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest service. You will coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, and Valet to maintain the highest standards of luxury and safety throughout the night.

The role requires 3–5 years in Rooms supervision within luxury hotels and fluency in English and Italian.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years supervisory experience in Rooms operations.
• Background in 5-star luxury hotels preferably in international chains.
• Fluent spoken and written in English and Italian

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the Night Front Office team, ensuring efficient overnight operations.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development of the Night Team.
• Ensure seamless late arrivals and early departures with exceptional guest service.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, and Valet for a seamless guest experience.
• Monitor reservations, financial reports, and night audit procedures for accuracy.
• Maintain guest records and confidential information in PMS.
• Oversee billing follow-up and credit limits per hotel policy.
• Support recruitment and development of Guest Services staff.
• Uphold brand standards and uniform/dress policies.
• Maintain safe, clean, and secure Front Office areas.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency.
